James Williams - Director of Coaching
Ded·i·ca·tion -the quality of being dedicated or committed to a task or purpose.
Week in week out throughout the season, in Peterborough or on the road you'll find Coach James multi-tasking with the Maroon & White. Whether it's leading a practice, volunteering at a fundraiser, tying skates, driving a van load of players to a game or helping a player with a personal problem James does it all.
Growing up as the oldest of 3 brothers he can quickly and calmly handle any situation that is thrown at him. Being able to make a difference is what inspires and motivates James to put in the countless hours required to ensure the program runs as efficiently as it does.
A true players coach that uses positive reinforcement, that cares deeply about the success of the players both on and off the ice and believes in a fun first atmosphere.
James has been deeply involved with the ECM&W since it's inception and is a pivotal member of the organization. He was named the Director of Coaching in 2017

About James
James leads a busy life off the ice spending the last four years working for a custom home builder. He has also volunteered for the past several years as a defensive coordinator within the Kinsmen Minor Football League.
As a long suffering Toronto Maple Leaf fan he proudly supports the blue & white through thick and thin with his favourite player listed as left winger James van Riemsdyk. Include the Raptors, Pittsburgh Steelers, Argos and Toronto FC into the fold of organizations close to James's heart.
Family is important to James and holiday get togethers are always anticipated events.
